SCREWED INDIAN HISTORY: Chapter-2 The Basis of Indian History

I have asked 4 questions in the 1st Chapter...
I'm going to answer one of the questions

"WHO FIXED THE NAMES OF THE KINGS???

Ever wondered who kept the records of all the King names, their dynasties, their wars...?
Who kept that record????
On what basis did the Westerners fix the names???

Here is the answer
'HINDU PURANAS'

I'm sure 99% of you people won't believe...
You wouldn't have expected that 'Open-minded', 'Modern' Western Historians would believe in some 'stupid' Hindu mythologies...
But the fact is that the names of the Indian Kings are derived from the Hindu Puranas...


Anyways, why most of us won't believe it is because our knowledge of Hindu literature is almost 'Zero'...
Frankly speaking, most of the people don't know the difference between Vedas, Puranas, Upanishads, Itihasas, Smritis etc. etc....

Well, for your kind information the word 'Purana' literally means History...
Puranas are nothing but the History recorded by Indians for ages...

One aspect of Puranas which none of the common people know is that Puranas have exact dates...

Puranas may talk about the Gods, their Avataras and a lot of stuff...
But that's not what they are limited to...

Puranas have details of various rulers who ruled different parts of the country...

PURANAS  GIVE YOU THE NAMES OF EVERY KING  THAT RULED VARIOUS KINGDOMS FROM 3800BC UP UNTIL 500 AD...

The dates are recorded as per the lunar calender... They give the year from the nearest era.

Not just that... The most interesting fact about the Indian Astrology is the 'SAPTA RISHI MANDALA' location...
The Sapta Rishi Mandala lies in a particular star (zodiac to be precise) for a period of 100 years...
Indian astrology has 27 zodiacs... Which means that one cycle will repeat only once in 2700 years...
All the events recorded in the Puranas give the Zodiac in which the Saptarishi Mandala is located on that day...

This is one aspect of Indian History which no one knows...

WHO FIXED ALL THE DATES?

Lemme tell you one fact...
If u decode the Puranas and see the dates, there will be a gap of 1200 years between the Puranic dates and the History we read in School...

THE WESTERNERS TOOK THE NAMES OF THE KINGS FROM THE PURANAS, BUT GAVE THEIR OWN DATES...

That's the whole point in me writing this Series...
I just want to highlight how the Westerners screwed it up and why they screwed it up...
And how they created the tribe called ARYANS.

SCREWED INDIAN HISTORY: Chapter-1 Introduction

HISTORY... This is one subject that most of the people in this country hate to read. Very few people have a passion in this subject. I'm one such person. History has been my favorite subject throughout my School days, particularly 10th (That got nothing to do with Ranjani teacher :P).

Fortunately or unfortunately, I chose to become an Engineer... And the 10th class History textbook is the last time I read History before I restarted it seven years later. I'm currently working as an Engineer in Delhi and I happened to utilize the free time I had to read a lot of stuff... And what I finally found out is...

"EVERYTHING I READ IN MY SCHOOL DAYS IS ABSOLUTE BULL CRAP..."

The whole purpose of me starting this 'SERIES' (If u can call it one) is to tell some facts which would change this country as a whole...

History, as we all know, is divided into 3 parts viz. Ancient, Medieval and Modern...

There is a lot of information and lot many blogs available on the internet about the true history of Medieval and Modern India...
But little effort is made when it comes to Ancient Indian History...
Hence, my main focus is on the Ancient Indian History...
I'm basically compiling everything I read and writing it here...

I am going to highlight how Westerners screwed up the Indian History for their own selfish benefits...

I will just give a brief introduction about the topics I would be discussing in the later chapters...

I don't think anyone would really remember any of the dates and times...
But people do remember some landmarks in History... I would be talking mostly about the landmarks...
As far as everyone remembers, the landmarks in Ancient Indian History are as follows...

2600BC-1900BC - Harappan Civilization
1500BC - Aryan Invasion
1200BC - Rig Veda was written
483BC - Buddha was born
Around 300BC- Maurya dynasty: Chandragupta, Bindusara, Ashoka etc.
Around 300 AD - Gupta dynasty: Chandragupta, Samudragupta, Chandrgupta etc.
Around 800 AD - Shankaracharya
Around 1000 AD - Muslim invasions started... (That's out of my current scope) 


I have question to all the people reading this note... If u can answer it...
"WHO WROTE THIS HISTORY?
WHO FIXED ALL THESE DATES?
WHO FIXED THE NAMES OF THE KINGS???
WHO CREATED THE ARYAN INVASION THEORY???"

99.999999% of Indians can't answer these questions...

I would be discussing these topics one after the other in my subsequent chapters...
Keep following me, if you're interested...
Don't worry... It won't be as boring as your school lessons... NOT THIS TIME...


Note:- One of the important books I read was 'Edi Charitra?' by MVR Shastri which was written in Telugu...
He is the editor of 'Andhrabhoomi' newspaper (which has a low circulation)...
90% of the stuff I would be writing here is from that book... I should say that I'm merely translating that book here...

Each chapter of that book used to come as an article in the Sunday Folio of 'Andhrabhoomi' Newspaper around 2002 for some 4-5 years...
I used to follow it back then, but lost track later on...
This book is a compilation of all the articles...
If you know Telugu, I would strongly recommend you to read the book...

It was translated into Kannada as 'Yavudu  Charitre?' by Babu Krishnamuthi
